International Shipping

We welcome orders from Australia, NZ, UK, Singapore, Canada and USA. All international orders are sent via Australian Post Airmail. Customers from any other country are welcome to email us regarding purchases they wish to make.

Domestic Shipping

Currently there is a flat rate of $7.50 per order, shipping to any destination. It currently takes approximately 7 business days for your lingerie to arrive on your doorstep, but we are working with our couriers to improve this!

Out of Stock Items

If an item you wish to buy is currently out of stock there will be up to 21 days wait on the item. This time can greatly vary however depending on the item. Please email us for a definite time frame. Else look for the “Product Available 00/00/0000” notification at the bottom of the listed item. This means we have already ordered in more stock and can expect it to be available on the specified date.

Specialty Items

All chainmail & rhinestone items are ordered direct from Sensual Mystique. Expect 10-15 days for your order to arrive.

Returns

We offer a 14 day return policy. This covers faulty items, and change of mind purchases that are unopened. We ask you to please wear underwear the first time you try on our lingerie as this may make you eligible for an exchange if the item is the wrong size. Clothing returned in a shabby or worn state will not be refunded/exchanged.

If you have an item to be refunded/exchanged please contact us immediately. Items returned without notification will be assumed to be "return to sender" items and will not be refunded. Once we have received the returned lingerie and confirm that it is either faulty or unopened, we will immediately refund your money less the postage cost.

Due to the hygenic concerns of lingere (ie. We cannot resell worn underwear) we err on the side of a strict refund policy.
